The word Peri Peri comes from the Swahili word Pili Pili which stands for pepper/spicy chilli. It is a spicy dish with roots in both Africa and Portugal.
This delicious, moist and succulent chicken has a spicy marinade. You can increase the chillies to make it more hot hot and hot 😜😜.
I have made this in microwave in microwave cooking mode. You can bake/grill it or if you don’t have a oven you can do it in a pan over the gas top.
This lipsmacking, juicy, tender and tasty chicken is being served with fresh veggie salad with the awesome crunch coming out of the fresh veggies. You can even serve it with french fries, tossed veggies or grilled veggies.
