Crispy fried chicken is an easy and simple recipe prepared with few basic and easily available ingredients. Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : 15 minutes
Serves : 2
4 Chicken Drumsticks
1/2 cup All purpose Flour or Cornstarch
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
1/4 cup warm milk
1/2 cup all purpose Flour or Cornstarch
1/4 Pepper powder or crushed
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp peri peri mix
Take chicken drumsticks and make 2-3 slashes. Add salt, rub well and set aside.
In a bowl break the egg, add warm milk and mix well.
Add the flour, crushed pepper, salt to taste, baking powder, garlic powder and peri peri mix. Mix well to make a smooth batter.
Dip the marinated drumsticks in the batter, roll it in the dry flour. Coat the chicken drumsticks well with the flour.
Heat oil in a frying pan. When the oil is not drop the coated drumsticks in the hot oil and fry them in medium heat for 10-12 mins or until golden brown and crisp from outside.
The fried chicken is ready, serve them hot with tomato sauce or any sauce of your choice.
