This easy homemade pizza recipe is easy to make using ingredients you already have at home! A super easy and quick recipe to satisfy your sudden pizza cravings!
Pizza is a common and popular snack or a meal across the globe. Everyone loves pizza and making pizza at home is much simpler and so much fun. The same with making mug pizza, super easy and and ready in jiffy. You can involve your kids and loved ones in the making. This homemade pizza recipe is so versatile and can be used for so many things. Its customizable with different toppings to suit different taste buds.
This is my go-to pizza crust and homemade pizza sauce whenever I want a quick homemade pizza. It results in a tempting and amazing pizza. This pizza has a crisp, light and soft base.
I try different homemade pizza crusts all the time with or with yeast. Soon I will update one by one in my blog in the coming days!
My son’s favorite food is pizza. He likes it plain and simple with only cheese, lots and lots of cheese. But for me, besides cheese I like my pizza colourful with lots of colourful veggies. Likewise it looks beautiful as well as a good way to include some veggies into it. So whenever he ask for pizza I could tell him that I will add veggies also with lots of cheese. He will end up agreeing with me after all at the end he wants pizza. And this is how I make him have veggies from time to time.
HOW DO YOU MAKE HOMEMADE PIZZA?
This pizza is made using homemade pizza base which is yeast free. I have added the link of the homemade no yeast pizza base in the ingredients section. Please do have a look as it is super easy and fast to make your own pizza dough at home.
For toppings I have used assorted veggies of sliced onion, tomato, green & yellow bell peppers, crumbled cottage cheese aka paneer, sweet corn, grated processed cheese, mozzarella cheese and seasoned with oregano and chilly flakes.
Along with the veggies you can use any meat, pepperoni, sausages, bacon etc. There are hell lot of different vegetables and meat toppings options.
For the cheese you can also use other combination of cheese like cheddar, parmesan, ricotta etc along with mozzarella cheese.
WHAT TO USE IF YOU DON’T HAVE PIZZA SAUCE
You can make pizza sauce easily at home. Indeed I have used homemade pizza sauce in this pizza recipe. I will share the recipe here soon. Nevertheless, if you dont want to go too elaborate in making pizza sauce you can make instant sauce using tomato sauce / ketchup at home. Take the tomato sauce, oregano, chilly flakes, paprika or chilly powder, a dash of black pepper. Add garlic powder and onion powder too if available. Mix them well together and your instant sauce is ready.
HOW TO MAKE PIZZA WITHOUT OVEN
You can make pizza in pressure cooker, khadai, tawa or pan over gas top. I have an old recipe photography which is couple of years old. It is a Chicken Pan Pizza using store bought pizza base. I will try to upload it in a couple of days here.
To make pizza without oven you just need to preheat the pressure cooker/tawa/kadhai/pan. Put a stand and bake at low heat until the cheese starts to melt and the crust starts to brown from the sides approximately 15-18 minutes depending upon the thickness of your pizza base.
WHAT TO SERVE WITH HOMEMADE PIZZA
With a good chemical free homemade crust and lots of veggie toppings, homemade pizza is a filling meal on its own. As a side with homemade pizza I would like to serve

Ingredients to make homemade Pizza from scratch:
Homemade base recipe click 👉 No Yeast Pizza Base
4 tbsp homemade pizza sauce
Yellow bell pepper thinly sliced
Green bell pepper thinly sliced
Onion thinly sliced
Tomato thinly sliced
¼ cup sweet corn
¼ cup processed cheese grated
½ cup mozzarella cheese grated
¼ cup cottage cheese / paneer crumbled
2 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp chilly flakes
Step by step picture instructions to make homemade pizza:
Take the pizza base and spread the pizza sauce evenly all over the pizza base.
Sprinkle a thin layer of grated mozzarella cheese over it.
Arrange the toppings one after the other – sliced onion, tomato, bell peppers, sweet corn and crumbled cottage cheese.
Spread the grated processed cheese and mozzarella cheese all over.
Finally sprinkle oregano and chilly flakes.
Preheat oven @200° C for 10 minutes.
Bake the pizza for 15 minutes or until the cheese starts to melt and the base starts to brown from the sides.
Remove from the oven, slice and serve hot with ketchup and extra sprinkle of oregano and chilly flakes.

- 2 7-8 inches pizza base (check recipe link in notes)
- 4 tablespoon homemade pizza sauce
- ½ of medium yellow bell pepper thinly sliced
- ½ of medium green bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 small onion thinly sliced
- 1 small tomato thinly sliced
- ¼ cup sweet corn
- ¼ cup paneer crumble (cottage cheese)
- ¼ cup processed cheese grated
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese grated
- 2 tablespoon oregano
- 2 tablespoon chilli flakes
Instructions
- Take the pizza base and spread the pizza sauce evenly all over the pizza base.2 7-8 inches pizza base, 4 tablespoon homemade pizza sauce
- Sprinkle a thin layer of grated mozzarella cheese over it.½ cup mozzarella cheese
