Method:

In a pan add little water and steam the fish for around 5 mins. Let the water evaporate completely. Let it cool down for few mins. Remove the skin and bones if any from the fish. Crumble with hand and keep in a bowl/plate. Set aside. (You can do this step in microwave).

Grind the onions, green chillies, garlic and ginger and add them to the crumbled fish. Add salt to taste, turmeric powder and Chilly powder.

Mix well altogether nicely until the mixture is well seasoned in the fish.

Take a portion of the mixture, bind it nicely using your palms and make finger shapes.

In a bowl break 1 egg and add ½ tsp Pepper and beat it nicely. In a bowl or plate keep the breadcrumbs ready.

Dip the fish fingers in the egg mixture and roll on the breadcrumbs and set aside in a plate.

  1. […] Fish fingers is one my of my favourite dish. I often make them at home and even order them whenever I dine in restaurants. Fish fingers are commonly available in the frozen food section of supermarkets. But why buy them from supermarkets when you can easily make them at home and enjoy the delicious fish fingers. You will come across different versions of fish fingers. Even I have blog a variation of fish fingers earlier. If interested you can check the recipe here 👉 Fish Fingers Restaurant Style […]
