Watermelon Pineapple Salad with honey lime mint dressing is a great summer fruit salad and it is super easy to make. It is a refreshing and delectable summer fruit salad. I have paired it with mangoes, you can add fruits of your choice too.

This salad taste divine with out of the world honey lime mint dressing. Honey lime mint taste incredible together. The juicy fruit smothered in sweet and tangy, light and refreshing Honey Lime Mint Dressing.

After whisking together the Honey Lime Mint Dressing ingredients, you chill the dressing for at least 30 minutes so the honey-lime mixture gets infused with the mint. You can also make the dressing a day in advance and refrigerate; simply pour it over your salad at the time of serving.

The fruit salad is enveloped in sweet and tangy Honey Lime Mint Dressing that makes already tantalizing fruit 10X better!

In addition to watermelon and pineapple, I also tossed in fresh ripe mangoes but you could add whatever fruit combo suits your mood.

Ingredients:
Watermelon – ½ of medium
Pineapple – ½ of medium
Mango – 1 large riped

For salad dressing:
Mint leaves – 10-15 leaves
Lemon Juice – 3 tbsp
Honey – 3 tbsp
Onion – 1 small chopped
Chilly flakes – 1 tbsp
Lemon zest – ½ tsp
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method :

In a bowl add all the salad dressing ingredients and mix them well. Let it stand in the refrigerator while you make ready the other ingredients.

Cut the watermelon, mango and pineapple into cubes.

Add the cubed fruits to a mixing bowl, pour required salad dressing as per your taste, mix well and serve.
