Mango Frozen Yogurt is a Luscious, creamy and tangy perfect summer dessert. A lower calories dessert to satisfy your sweet carvings.

To make this mango frozen yogurt we require only 3 ingredients and the best part is no icecream machine required. It is smooth, creamy, sweet, tangy, delicious and scoopable frozen yogurt.

It is also a perfect summer treat for kids which is healthy as well or can be a great party dessert. A refreshing one just needed for this hot summer day. This is one of my favourite flavor combinations.

This mango frozen yogurt is super easy to make with minimum basic ingredients and simple process. Just add all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend it until smooth and freeze it. It could not be simpler! Use good quality mangoes because it gives you a creamy texture when blended.

The flavor is so subtle and the texture is creamy! You would never think that this dessert is actually healthy.

Serves : 5-6

Ingredients:

2 Mangoes about 2-2½ cups chopped
½ cup Thick Yogurt/Curd
2 tbsp Agave nectar or Honey
Colourful sprinklers for garnish (optional)

Method :

Peel the mangoes and cut them into cubes. Take a sip lock bag and freeze them for 3-4 hours.

Take the freezed mangoes, yogurt, honey and blend them till smooth and creamy.

Now freeze them in a freezer for 3-4 hours again. Remove from freezer, scoop it, garnish with colourful sprinklers and serve.
