  • Preparation Time : 15 mins
  • Cooking Time : 3-5 mins
  • Serves : 3


  1. Cottage Cheese / Paneer – 100 gms cubed
  2. Yellow and Green Capsicum – ½ cup
  3. Cucumber – 1 cut into chunks
  4. Onion – 1 small sliced
  5. Tomato – 1 sliced
  6. Baby Spinach – 8-10 leaves
  7. Purple Cabbage – ¼ cup thinly sliced
  8. Carrot – 1 cut into julienne
  9. Fresh Parsley – 1 tbsp chopped
  10. Chilly Flakes – 1 tbsp
  11. Pepper to taste
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Few drops oil to toss the cottage cheese

Method :

  1. In a small bowl crumble 2-3 cottage cheese cubes and keep aside.
  2. Grease a pan or raw with few drops of oil and toss the cottage cheese for 3-5 mins.
  3. In a mixing bowl add the veggies, tossed cottage cheese, chilly flakes, fresh parsley, season with salt and pepper and toss them well together.
  4. Scoop them in serving bowl or plate, garnish with crumbled cottage cheese, parsley and serve.
