Wash the chicken wings and pat dry with kitchen towel.

In a mixing bowl add the chicken wings, 2 tbsp Lemon juice, season with salt, mix well and set aside.
2+1 Tablespoon Lemon juice, 1 Tablespoon Salt
In a bowl or plate add the Maida flour, Cornflour, pepper, garlic powder, chilly powder, salt to taste, mix well and set aside.
¼ Cup all-purpose flour, ¼ Cup Cornflour, ½ Teaspoon Black pepper crushed, ½ Teaspoon Garlic powder, 1 Teaspoon Red chilli powder
In a blender/grinder jar add the chopped mango, chilly, garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and blend it into a smooth puree. Set aside.
2+1 Tablespoon Lemon juice, 1 Cup Ripe mango chopped, 6 Medium Dry red chilli, 2 Fat Garlic cloves, 2 Tablespoon Vinegar, 1 Tablespoon Salt
Now coat the marinated chicken nicely in the flour mixture.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Drop the chicken in the oil and fry them till golden. Remove and set aside.
1 Cup Oil
In a saucepan add the mango mixture, sugar and cook for 4-5 minutes or till you get a thick consistency sauce.
3 Tablespoon Sugar
Preheat oven to 220° C for 10 minutes (You can bake at 200-220° C)
Add the fried chicken wings in the mango sauce and mix them well coating the chicken nicely with the sauce. (Reserved some of the sauce to use as dip.)
Take a baking tray and grease it. Place the chicken wings in single layer.
Bake them at a preheated oven @220° C for 15 minutes or till the chicken turns crisp and golden.
Remove and garnish with crushed roasted peanuts and serve with the reserved sauce.
