Kidney Bean Brownies

Kidney bean brownies are irresistibly fudgy and gooey. A healthy twist to the traditional brownie recipe with the goodness of Rajma (Kidney Beans). Rajma brownies recipe is a gluten free, vegan and absolutely contain no flour.   • 240 ml measuring cup set

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Soaked kidney bean (rajma)
  • ¼ Cup Cocoa powder (30 grams)
  • 100 Grams Dark chocolate
  • ¾ Cup Sugar (140-150 grams)
  • ¼ Cup Oil (60 ml)
  • 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
  • ½ Teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • ½ Teaspoon Instant coffee powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt
  • 2-3 Tablespoon Walnut chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Pressure cook the soaked Rajma until it is cooked well. Drain the water completely and keep aside.
  • Preheat oven at 180° C for 10 minutes with both the rods (filaments) switched on.
  • Grease the square cake pan with oil and dust it with cocoa powder.
  • Chop the chocolate and melt the chocolate in a sauce pan or you can use the double boiler method.
  • In a grinder/blender jar, add all the ingredients and grind them smoothly.
  • Pour the grinded mixture into the pan and tap 2-3 times. Garinish with chopped walnuts.
  • Bake in a preheated oven @180° for 20 to 25 minutes. Do a toothpick test in 20 minutes. The toothpick should come out with some crumbs and not be completely clean.
  • Remove from the oven and let it stand for 5 minutes. Remove the brownie from the pan and allow to cool down completely. Cut and serve. Enjoy!
