Chicken 65 is an easy and quick recipe made with simple ingredients. This fiery fried chicken is so incredibly delicious! - 300 Grams Chicken (with bone)
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
- ½ Teaspoon Pepper powder
- 2 Teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric powder
- ½ Teaspoon Coriander powder
- ½ Teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 2 Tablespoon Thick curd (yogurt) Or use 1 egg
- 1 Tablespoon Cornflour/Constrach
- 1 Tablespoon Rice flour Or maida (all purpose flour)
- 1-2 Teaspoon Salt or as per taste
- ½ Cup Oil
- 2-3 Pieces Green chillies or as per taste
- 1 Sprig Curry leaves
In a mixing bowl add the chicken, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, kashmiri red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, Garam Masala powder, corn flour, rice flour, curd, salt to taste and mix well.
Marinate the chicken for atleast 20 to 30 minutes. The longer marination the better.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the green chillies and curry leaves till crisp.
In the same hot oil, lower the heat and drop the marinated chicken.
Fry them over medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until golden and slightly crisp from outside.
Remove the fried chicken 65 in a bowl or platter.
Add in the fried green chillies and curry leaves. Toss and serve along side onion slices and lemon slices.
