Easy Garlic Broccoli

Easy garlic broccoli is an incredibly easy and quick recipe that is pack with whole lot of flavor. This is one of our favorite go-to broccoli recipe. It fits into every diet, and it's ready in under 10 minutes!

- 250 Grams Broccoli florets
- 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
- 6 Fat Garlic cloves diced
- 2 Large Fresh red chilli finely chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Black peppercorn crushed
- 1-2 Teaspoon Salt or as per taste
- As Required Water (For blanching broccoli)
In a sauce pan add enough water and bring to a boil.
Once the water comes to a rolling boil turn off the flame and add in the broccoli florets.
Allow the broccoli to submerged well in the water. Cover the sauce pan and allow to stand for 1-2 minutes.
Strain the water properly through a sieve and run cold water over it and allow to drain the water nicely.
In a frying pan add in the oil.
Reduce the flame and add in the garlic, red chilli, black pepper, blanched broccoli and salt to taste.
Mix them well together to combine over low flame.
Now increase the flame to high and saute them for about 2 minutes toasting them well in regular intervals and take off the heat.
Your easy garlic broccoli is ready to be served. Enjoy!
- Use fresh broccoli. You can cut off the stem or use along with the tender stems.
- You can also use butter or other oils like sesame oil, sunflower oil, vegetable oil or avocado oil.
- You can use other spices nad herbs.
