Today I am back with one of my personal favourite Fish Fingers Restaurant Style. Even my hubby loves this so we make sure we go for this dish whenever we dine outside or be in home delivery orders.

A great starter to drool over and love to have this with Mayonnaise.

Since it is one of my personal favourite I have come up with a recipe of fish fingers. The recipe is very simple, no fancy technique or ingredients required to make this and can be easily made with ingredients easily available in your kitchen.

So do try and make it for your loved ones and enjoy the restaurant style fish fingers at the comfort of your home. If you make this recipe, do let me know how you like it!

Method:

In a pan add little water and steam the fish for around 5 mins. Let the water evaporate completely. Let it cool down for few mins. Remove the skin and bones if any from the fish. Crumble with hand and keep in a bowl/plate. Set aside. (You can do this step in microwave).

Grind the onions, green chillies, garlic and ginger and add them to the crumbled fish. Add salt to taste, turmeric powder and Chilly powder.

Mix well altogether nicely until the mixture is well seasoned in the fish.

Take a portion of the mixture, bind it nicely using your palms and make finger shapes.

In a bowl break 1 egg and add ½ tsp Pepper and beat it nicely. In a bowl or plate keep the breadcrumbs ready.

Dip the fish fingers in the egg mixture and roll on the breadcrumbs and set aside in a plate.
